About Me

Paul is a seasoned real estate professional in the top 1% of all Coldwell Banker Southern Realty agents. He helps people achieve their real estate goals, whether that is helping first time home buyers, investors, or empty nestors. Paul had a very successful real estate career in Pennsylvania for over twenty years before relocating to Tennessee in 2020, while also teaching school, and pre-licensing classes for new agents. 

Paul chose to work for Coldwell Banker Southern Realty because he wanted to work for a premium brand and a company that had an international presence as well as the marketing tools to reach a broader clientele. Paul has become an expert in helping seniors buy and sell properties. He has obtained several designations such as Senior Real Estate Specialist.  When you combine Paul’s real estate experience with his training and education, his clients always win.

He holds a BS Degree in Accounting and Management Information Systems, a Master's in Business Administration (MBA), and a Master's in the Art of Teaching (MAT). Paul’s real estate designations include Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES), Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR), and e-PRO.

Paul and his wife, Kelly, have been married for over 47 years. Kelly is also a real estate agent who helps support Paul’s business. His clients get two very experienced agents working to help them achieve their real estate goals.  They have 2 children and 4 grandchildren in the middle TN area.
